Billing questions
What happens when I use my free document?
Your learning path stays yours, and you can keep studying it. To add another document, start a 7-day free trial of Pro.
How does the free trial work?
Pro is free for the first 7 days, on monthly and yearly billing. Cancel from Settings before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. Otherwise your plan starts on day 8 at the price you picked.
What counts as a page?
heystudy counts about 500 words as one page, so slides with little text count as less than a page each. You see the estimate before you upload.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings in the app and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do unused pages roll over?
No. Your page allowance resets at the start of each billing month.
